As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the operations of our development center. You’ll work closely with our team to implement programs, supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, market programs, and foster a supportive environment for our clients. What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of programs and services.

  • Engage with the community to promote our mission.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a developmental or care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, supervisory experience preferred..
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with adults with disabilities.
